Baseball Training Programs
STRIKE Program
We believe our biggest asset, which sets us apart from all of the other baseball clubs, is our weight room and our STRIKE program (Strength Training with Rapid Intense Kinetic Exercise).
Private Baseball Lessons
Cooperstown Cages provides the highest level of baseball/softball instruction possible. Our Instructors work with players and athletes from every level of baseball/softball.
